Effective from January 1st 2015, the refund policy is specific to all deposits
made by customers with bollet.com, this policy is in addition to
a customers rights as a consumer under the applicable consumer protection laws
and regulations. This refund policy relates to the refunding of bets generated
by the system.
Clients wishing to withdraw credit balances not subject to any ongoing dispute
from their accounts, bollet.com will deposit such funds directly into the client's
bank account. Upon registration all clients will be provided with a username and
password, which will be required to place bets on the system. A customer may
request a withdrawal at any time for the part or total amount held in the customers
individual players account. In the event there is a dispute as to an amount deposited
or any dispute in general relating to the customers deposits the customer is entitled to request a refund.
All monies deposited by customers are held in the customers player account. All
transactions conducted on the system under the username and password of the client
shall be deemed to have been conducted by the client.
A bet shall only be regarded as being processed when recorded on the audit trail.
The audit trail can be cross-referenced by a unique digital signature (ticket number)
that will be issued to the client by bollet.com in respect of each transaction processed on this website.
Notwithstanding the contents of the audit trail, bollet.com reserves the right, at
their discretion, to correct any obvious errors. For example if an event fails to be
closed for betting at the correct time, bollet.com reserves the right to void all bets
matched after the actual start time.
All money deposited to your bollet.com account is held by bollet.com on your behalf
until it is utilized to place a bet. Money held in your bollet.com account may be
refunded on request, subject to 24 hours’ notice to enable bollet.com to verify that
all of the Terms and Conditions have been complied with, including those under the heading Banking - Withdrawals.
To request a refund the customer is to contact support@inbet.zendesk.com
and outline the issue and the amount of refund requested. Should the request be approved
then within 48 hours a refund will be issued, the total amount of the refund will be limited
to the lesser of the customers deposit or the balance of the customers account (less any
fees to a maximum of 3%). All refunds will be issued via the same method that the deposits were made.
